Morning Waking Crew Meteorologist

Mike’s passion for weather began at age 10 in the 4th grade in Danbury, CT. His teacher sensed he was serious about weather and assigned some extra work in math and science. It really paid off.

Career Highlights:  Mike graduated from Lyndon State College in Northeastern Vermont in May of 1984.

Other:  Mike met his wife Nancy in college and they married in 1989. They have four kids (contrary to the 400 figure Mark keeps using)… Erin, Matthew, Sean and Shannon. The Geary household is also home to Tippie the feline and Golden Retriever Madison. Mike loves playing softball, playing the guitar and is (yikes!) a Yankees fan... but his wife LOVES the Red Sox!
